Date of sale of document will start from 6-April-2021 and last date for filling of application is 27-April-2021.Total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 45,74,680/- & bidders are required to pay earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 45747/- in favour of Maharashtra Energy Development Agency, Chandrapur. The Bidders shall submit the bids in two parts by following e-tendering process described in bidding documents. First part comprises of the Polytechnic bid and the second part comprise of the financial bid in accordance with this Tender Document.
A bidder will be required to deposit non-refundable Tender document fee, along with its tender, the refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).
Divisional Office Nagpur will open the Polytechnic bid of the Bidder, by e-tendering process. The financial bid will be opened of those bidders which are qualified in Polytechnic bid

One has to contact MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Authority) office at Nagpur (Maharashtra). But, in my opinion following documents & experience may be required-
1) Valid Electrical Contractor License
2) Work experience of similar projects
3) Financial statement & ITR of firm
4) Firm needs to be registered at MEDA
