Refund policy

We at Apollo Universe (owned by Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd) are committed to providing an easy, delightful shopping experience to our valuable customers. They are like partners in achieving the goal of our organization. Hence, our policies, terms, and conditions are made consumer-centric. Only new (unused) & quality products are sold at www.apollouniverse.com. 

Clause 1. Return & Replacement Policy:-

  No return policy only damaged product(s) will be replaced & the system will be installed with healthy products only. No return will be allowed after installation. 

All other products 5-day easy return & replacement policy

 

To become eligible for the return following condition(s) must be satisfied-

  • For orders above 15,000/- Rs, only the damaged product(s) will be replaced even though the product is eligible for a 5-day easy return policy.
  • A 5-day return policy is applicable for the product/order below 15,000/-Rs. However, products above 15,000/-Rs are covered under the damaged goods return/refund policy as per clause 2. Customers ordering goods above 15,000/-Rs are requested to be sure for the same before putting the order.
  • Product(s) shall be unused and its packaging should be intact 
  • It is determined that the product is not the merchandise wasn't damaged while in your possession
  • The product is isn't different from what was shipped or the wrong product delivered to the customer
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and every one the accessories therein).
  • The customer is requested to take at least 8-10 photographs of the damaged product before generating a request for the return. At least 2-3 photos should show the bar code, product tag of the product. 
  • The product(s) shall be returned to the vendor to be eligible for the return.
  • Consumer shall generate return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Consumers can contact us directly at +91-8263018769 or email us at help@apollouniverse.com for the return of any product.
  • In the case of Solar OFF-GRID Kit & Solar System Installation please call on 8263018769 or send an email at help@apollouniverse.com within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product or the installation of the system as the case may be.

Clause 2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days.

2.1 Damage during transport

Note- Refund is applicable only when it is reported within 5 days from the date of delivery and the consumer has clicked and sent damaged goods photos at help@apollouniverse.com.


2.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@apollobharat.com.

2.2 Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

2.3 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@apollobharat.com and raise the query of the same under my accounts sections.

2.4 Wrong product (if applicable)

In case the customer receives the wrong product handover the same to our courier/transport partner and once it reaches us we will refund the whole amount within 7-14 days.

Clause 3. Cancellation charges after order- 

To avoid fraudulent orders & subsequent loss from the shipping/transit of heavy goods and also to avoid the time, money and manpower to process the order cancellation charges after order will be as follow.

Note- Prepaid means full payment of the product has been received in our bank account or payment gateway & COD means cash on delivery


Clause 4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item in healthy condition is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Clause 5. Shipping

5.1 To be eligible for the return customer shouldn't use the product at all. The used product won't be refunded at all & hence customers are requested to be sure about the usage. Any sign of usage and loss of warranty card, document or any accessory may void the return & the customer won't be eligible for the refund for the purpose of clauses 1 & 2 of the return policy. However, the customer will be refunded a partial/fair amount depending upon our internal assessment of such products/goods and the consumer has to accept the same.   

5.2 To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to the seller of that product. Apollo Universe will send you a tracking label and you have to stick that label on the product packaging box. Before handing over the product (& after putting tracking label sticker) consumer shall take at least 4-5 photos from different angles & send them to us at help@apollouniverse.com. Packaging photos help us with the claim in case of any transit/shipping damage. 

5.3 The cost incurred to printing, sticking the tracking label won't be refunded to the customer.  


5.4 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consumers are requested to please bear with us.
