State owned energy development agency, MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Authority), Nagpur invites bids for design, fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance for a period of 5 years of 100 kilowatt capacity Grid-connected Solar power plant at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Convention Center, Nagpur.
The Works are to be carried out at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Convention Center, Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra. Bidder can quote only after the site visit or take a picture from google earth.
The successful Bidder will be required to complete the works within the stipulated time as specified in the tender document. The bidder shall ensure that sites of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants should be installed and commissioned within 120 Days from the date of receipt of work order. Successful bidder should apply for net meter within 7 days after getting work order. No claims will be entertained later on from the bidder side.
The bidder shall provide insurance coverage of Complete Project documents effective from date of commissioning of the project for period of 05 years covering damage by force majeure.
The civil load bearing capacity of building and approval of structure must be approved by civil/structure/PWD engineer. Electrical drawings/SLD must be approved by Electrical Inspector/Contractor.
MEDA Divisional Office Nagpur will open the technical bid of the Bidder, by e-tendering process. The financial bid will be opened of those bidders which are qualified in technical bid.
Selected bidder shall bind to operate and maintain the system as per the rules and regulations and modalities as prescribed by MNRE and MEDA for effective functioning of the project.

ELIGIBILITY -
- The Bidder should provide registration certificate issued by MNRE or should be registered under MEDA GCRT program. The Bidder should provide IEC certificate of SPV Module & Inverter and test report from authorized test centre of MNRE, GoI.
- The Bidder should have installed & commissioned 300 kW capacity (single or cumulative) Grid-connected roof top net metering system with module level DC optimiser, the list of projects commissioned has to be submitted along with the tender. The copy of the Commissioning certificate and Work order / Contract / Agreement/ from the Client/Owner shall be submitted.
- Must have cumulative turnover of minimum 2 Crore during last three years.
