  • Definitions:- 
  • "Consumer" means any person or firm or company or any legal entity who has purchased any product or service from the website or portal by paying the full price of product & service
  • "Product(s)" means any physical item(s) offered by the seller/vendor which is available for sell on www.apollouniverse.com or which has been purchased by the consumer or user in the past or likely to purchase the same
  • "Service" means any service offered by the installer which available for sell on www.apollouniverse.com or which has been purchased by the consumer or user in the past or likely to purchase the same
  • "User" means any person or firm or company or any legal entity who has registered on portal or website.
  • "Website" or "Portal" or "Platform" means www.apollouniverse.com & For the purpose of Terms & Conditions, "Website" or "Portal" or "Platform" means www.apollouniverse.com only.
  • "Website" or "Portal" or "Platform"  is owned by Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Gayatri Nagar, Telhara. District:-Akola, Maharashtra, India 444 108 incorporated under The Companies Act, 2013.
  • Use of portal by the "Consumer" or "user" shall be governed by the following terms & conditions. If "Consumer" or "user" transact on the portal then will be liable to the policies as mentioned below.
  • Accessing the products or services, registering on website means consumer or user have accepted all the terms and conditions and he is having no objection with the terms & conditions.
    1. Account information:- It is the primary & important responsibility of the consumer or user to keep website login cedentials under his safe custody at all times.Website or Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd won't be liable for any loss of personal information. Consumer or user shall update the contact information in case of change of mobile number or address.
    2. Commercial:- All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. Website or Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd won't be responsible for the same. At no time "portal" or Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall hold any right, title or interest over the products nor shall "website" or Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd  have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers.
    3. Warranty:-  Warranty on product(s) is provided by the manufacturer & website or Insolation Solutions Pvt. Ltd won't be responsible for any loss of warranty. 
    4. Warranty claims:- Consumer are requested to follow the standard guidelines of manufacturer regarding warranty claims.
    5. Repairs:- For any quality or defect related issue in the product(s) during warranty period consumer shall contact the helpline number or email ID of manufacturer for the repairs.
    6. Shipping:- In case of return of product(s) because of wrong or incomplete address of the consumer or user as the case may be consumer or user has to bear the shipping charges and refund shall be given after deducting the shipping fees or payments of both the sides.
    7. Performance Warranty:- Even though manufacturers offers performance warranty of 25 years of warranty on solar panels as per Government or statutory norms but checking of warranty claim may require some payment to be done to manufacturer.
    8. Service delay:- "Website" or "Insolation Solutions Pvt, Ltd" is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
